-Yoga Retreat-

Our next Yoga Retreat is from December 28th, 2016- Janurary 8th, 2017 in India. The retreat will begin in Rishikesh (the yoga capital of the world), India and then travel to Mathura and Agra in India to experience more of a yogic lifestyle. Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Nidra classes will take place everyday. Don't wait to book your trip! Your Visa and Passport are required and take time.

-Restorative Hatha Yoga-

This class is designed for anyone who is interested in gently stretching the body in relaxation. This slow class uses blankets, bolsters and blocks to help give you more comfort and leverage to relieve tension in the body and the mind. 

 

 

 

-Gentle Hatha Yoga Flow-
This class is designed for seniors or for those that prefer a very easy yoga flow. It is designed to be very gentle and relaxing. There are no age limits!

 

 

-Traditional Hatha Yoga Flow-
This class is offered for the newcomer who has never done yoga before or the person who prefers a very traditional yoga flow.  

 

 

-Advanced Hatha Yoga Flow-
This class is developed for the yoga practitioner that already has some experience in their yoga practice and would like to advance their knowledge and practice of asanas. 

 


-Peaceful Meditation- 
Meditation is more successful with Pranayama (Breathing Techniques). This meditation class begins with Pranayama to help the practitioner get a more relaxing and comfortable meditation. Students will learn different breathing techniques that help to cleanse the body and help you attain a better meditation practice.

 


-Private Yoga Sessions-
Private yoga sessions are available in your home or other available space upon request. Please contact Melissa Machnee for more details.


 

-Holistic Healing Workshops-

These workshops will be offered on special notice. Yogacharya Sunjeev Pandey from the Himalayas will run these week-long workshops to help individuals learn and work through health related issues with the help of yoga and a healthy lifestyle.

 

-Shatkarma Cleansing-

This 1/2 hour class is all about cleansing and purifying the body. Three different ancient yogic cleansing techniques will be used such as using the Neti Pot to open up and cleanse the nasal cavities. Expect to laugh and cleanse at the same time. Cleansing and purifying the internal body helps to strengthen the mind/body connection. This practice along with Asana (Posture) class helps bring you to a greater awareness.

 

-Pranayama-

The Breath is the link of life. Without the breath, there is no life. Prana= Vital life force, Yama= Control. Control your life force and discover your breath. You can increase your energy, stability and peace with only the breath.
